Narcissus — Narcissus was a character in Greek mythology who fell in love with his own reflection. One day he spotted his reflection in a pool of water and was so enamoured that he tried to embrace it, and ended up drowning. In this modern depiction, I have taken artistic license and made Narcissus a girl. This photograph was taken at Darwin falls in Rawdon Quebec. The photograph was printed and then selectively hand-painted.
