These red stairs are friggen awesome and swarms of tourists hang out there to buy discount theatre tickets and take pictures. In this scene I caught the feet of part of a bridal party posing for pictures in the the cold. They were hardy posers as none of the bridal party had jackets and it was 16°F outside.
